EA maintains this website to enhance public access to information related to diesel retrofit technologies, diesel retrofit program requirements and reporting of required data by participating organizations.

By visiting this website, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Notice. The CDCH website and the information it contains are provided as a public service. This system is monitored to ensure proper operation, to verify the functioning of applicable security features, and for comparable purposes. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring. Unauthorized attempts to modify any information stored on this system, to defeat or circumvent security features, or to utilize this system for other than its intended purposes are prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution.

EA respects your right to privacy and has adopted the following policy regarding EA’s privacy practices for information collected from users of this website. Any distribution of electronically collected personal or proprietary information will be solely for the purposes for which it was provided to us. However, EA may provide or distribute certain statistical reports of information as provided by participating organizations, but no personal or proprietary information is sold or distributed and all relevant legal privacy protections still apply to the CDCH website.

To ensure that the CDCH website is accessible to as many people as possible, monitoring is performed to assess the aggregate number of visitors to the different pages on the website and also to keep track of the various types of web browsers used by our website visitors. In those instances in which registration is required for expanded use of CDCH services, please use your real name and address in the registration process. Users are reminded to remember their password. Please do not share your password.
